Robert A. Lucas
Corporation
President,
Licensed Public Adjuster
Maine, New
Hampshire
Bob Lucas, the company’s founder, is a
native of the Boston, Massachusetts area. He began his
thirty plus years working in insurance claims after
completing his military service. Relocating to New
Hampshire, he has adjusted both commercial and domestic
losses throughout New England. While the company’s expansion
increasingly takes more of Bob’s time, he remains active in
claims adjusting. Bob’s interests are fishing and other
outdoor activities that he pursues around the world.
Michael E. Ryan
Licensed Public Adjuster
New Hampshire, Maine & Vermont
Michael Ryan has over 20 years experience as a public
adjuster. Getting his core training in the military, where
he also obtained national certification as a paramedic, this
former Air Force sergeant has successfully assisted
claimants from losses throughout the eastern United States,
the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico,
and the Caribbean. Now living in New Hampshire,
Michael is active with family, his church, and sporting
activities.
Michael Creed

Michael Creed is a graduate of St.
Anselm's College and a former officer in the U.S. Marine
Corps. He has twenty years' adjusting
experience. A native of Boston, MA, he currently
directs Massachusetts operations from his office in Medway,
MA. Off work, Mike is active in civic and sporting
activities.
Tanner T. Royce
Licensed Public Adjuster
New Hampshire, Vermont & Maine
Tanner graduated from Plymouth State University in 2001 where he
majored in Business Management and carried minors in Political
Science and Accounting. While attending college Tanner worked for
building contractors both in the field and at the office. In 1999 he
completed an internship with Blanc & Bailey construction of
Charlestown, NH with a focus on remodeling and new construction
estimating. Following college Tanner went to work for Travelers
Insurance. Tours on the Catastrophe team in PA and FL have prepared
him to handle any type of claim in any environment. Tanner left
Travelers Insurance in February 2005 to join Lucas Public Adjusters,
where has successfully represented various clients’ interest
throughout northern New England.
Ricky Turgeon
Licensed Public Adjuster
New Hampshire & Maine
Ricky Turgeon has over 18 years of insurance experience. Ricky
worked for Liberty Mutual for 15 years during which he handled
complex and extensive homeowners claims. He has a vast knowledge of
building trades. Ricky joined Lucas Public Adjusters in October of
2007. Off work, Ricky is active with is family, sports and enjoys
the outdoors.
